Currently, I am a Doctoral student at the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen Faculty of Law and a Research Assistant to Professor Dr. Joachim Vogel. In 2007, I graduated from the LL.M. program at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Before, I studied law at the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen Faculty of Law (2002 to 2006).
Derzeit promoviere ich an der Juristischen Fakultät der Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen und bin als wissenschaftlicher Angestellter am Lehrstuhl Professor Dr. Joachim Vogel, RiOLG, tätig. Zuvor studierte ich im Rahmen eines LL.M.-Programms amerikanisches und internationales Recht sowie Rechtsphilosophie an der University of Pennsylvania Law School. Von 2002 bis 2006 studierte ich Jura an der Juristischen Fakultät der Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen.

The NRLMSIS-00 empirical atmosphere model was developed by Mike Picone, Alan Hedin, and Doug Drob. It describes the neutral temperature and densities in Earth's atmosphere from ground to thermospheric heights. (quoted from http://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov - a longer explanation of this model is available at that site.)
Five mathematical models for prediction of satellite position and velocity using NORAD "two-line-elements" are available: SGP, SGP4, SDP4, SGP8 and SDP8. USSPACECOM currently uses the SGP4 routines for near-earth satellites, and SDP4 for deep-space satellites.
Based on Dr TS Kelso's SGP4/SDP4 Pascal Library I've added SGP, SGP8/SDP8 support for Turbo Pascal and converted it into a C Library.
